- How do I change my member name?
- Unfortunately, member names cannot be changed.
- How do I edit or delete a post?
- Posts cannot be edited or deleted, but spell check is available with Mozilla Firefox and IE7 browsers.
- I registered but never received an email confirmation?
- First, please check your spam folder, since some mail servers filter messages as spam. If this does not work,
please click here to resend the correct information to your email account so you may activate your account.
- How do I change my avatar?
- You can upload your own avatar by clicking your dashboard and scrolling down to the bottom of the page OR you can click your default avatar until you find one to your liking.
- I would like to be notified when I get DecorPad mail. How do I do this?
- Please go to your dashboard and click the "mail" tab and choose the "mail settings" link.
- How do I report a photo or post?
- To report a photo- click the flag icon:

- I do not want to view all of the responses on the forums. Can I change the way I view the forum pages?
- Yes. At the top, left corner of the forum pages there is a
   icon, depending on the forum, that you may click to collapse all threads. (Click, again, and all threads will expand.) When all threads are collapsed, click the icon, next to the post, and it will expand so you may view all responses only to that post.
- How do I create a clickable link?
- All URL links will be automatically converted into clickable links.
- How do I add a photo to a message?
- There are two ways you can add an image to a message: You can upload photos to DecorPad and then "insert photo(s)" directly from the "post a message" box into the body of a message with just one click OR you can copy and paste the DecorPad URL link into the body of a message. (To get an URL link to any photo, right click on the photo and choose "view photo."

- How do I view a member's photos or posts?
- Go to the search/view box in the top, right corner of any page. Choose "member name" in the drop down menu and type in a member's name in the "enter keywords" box to view member's dashboard.
- I deleted one of my photos but it is still bookmarked by other members?
- Yes, even though a member deletes a photo from their own account, it does not delete the photo from the server.
- How do I add a post to my favorite's list?"
- Click the red flower icon: and a menu will drop down. Click the heart icon:
 and the post will be added to your favorite's list.
- How do I add a member to my favorite's list?
- Click the add favorite member icon:
 and the member will be added to your favorite's list.
- How do I deactivate my account?
- Please clck on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page to send us the request.
- How do I get a direct link to a post?
- You can get a direct link to a post by adding the post to your favorite's list. Click on any of the posts to get the URL.
- Some of my photos are not showing up in my "insert photo(s) box?
- The "insert photo(s)" box only holds 100 of "my photos" and 100 of "my bookmarks" at this time.
- What are "miscellaneous" photos?
- Miscellaneous photos are photos that are not an actual "space." For example: Let's say you would like to upload photos of furniture or decor that you would like to insert into a post or poll. You may store these type of photos in the miscellaneous folder. We encourage you to delete the contents of your miscellaneous folder on a regular basis. Do not worry! Even if you delete these photos, we always keep a copy on our server, so your posts and polls will not be affected.
