Pls help. We are finishing the second floor of our home and on a tight budget. I am repurposing a piece of furniture that we purchased years ago for my vanity - I need countertop ideas - love the Carerra Marble and Calcutta, even Granite - however thought that there was another modern option that is less expensive - I need 20" x 50" - any thoughts? Thx!

Might not be what you have in mind... but... I've seen several people use granite tiles for countertops in bathrooms. It comes out great and also cuts the budget down a bunch!
