I love this rug by Restoration Hardware but it's TOO expensive. Does anyone have any ideas of where I may be able to find the look for less?

I haven't seen any true looks for less for that particular rug. Much will depend on the size rug you had in mind for your space.
You can find rugs online via ebay. I would try searching for "Tabriz" wherever you decide to look. You could also check local rug dealers / auctions depending on where you live. You may find that you won't be able to find a replica but rather something that evokes the same color scheme or design that you liked.
